At PrimePick, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging for quick assistance.
